- New: Media Screening
You can now use Media Screening in KYCnow to search for news related to money laundering and terrorist financing. Check beneficial owners, involved individuals, key persons, intermediaries, and the company itself for relevant media reports. Results can be easily marked as relevant or not relevant. Relevant hits are factored into the AFC Index and the final risk assessment. - New: Manual File Name Change (API)
It is now possible to manually change the name of a file via the API. This feature is currently available in the API, with the UI implementation coming in a later update. - Improvement: The general endpoint for industry codes has been updated. It now offers filtering, pagination, and returns all codes for WZ-08 and NACE that can be manually added to a file.
- Improvement: The legal form endpoint has been improved, now offering filtering and pagination. All relevant legal forms for the SCHUFA and D&B providers are returned and can be manually added to a file. The user interface uses this new endpoint to change the company’s legal form based on the provider.
- Change (UI): The design and functionality of the discrepancy check in the user interface have been enhanced to provide a more consistent and user-friendly experience.
- Fix: Various minor bug fixes and optimizations, mostly concerning internal processes, have been implemented.
