- New: Updated International Business Register kompany (API v3, UI, and RawDataAPI)
The international business register kompany has been revamped. Improvements include enhanced feedback on country and product availability as well as increased transparency regarding document costs. A new feature allows manual searches for companies by name or registration number. In the UI, a unique match is identified, and the result is stored in the case file. Additionally, a country overview with availability status is now provided. For each country, all available documents, their prices, sources, and statuses can be viewed. - New: AFC Index Risk Assessment (UI + API)
The display of the determined due diligence requirement (General, Enhanced) has been expanded. A personal risk rating (Low, Normal, High) can now be added. Optionally, a comment with justification can be attached to each case. The rating is displayed in the case overview and included in the case PDF. This feature is available upon request. - New: Empty Case „custom record“ (API)
Cases can now be created without first finding a company through the search. All data can be manually entered, forming the basis for determining the due diligence requirements. The ordering of master data, ownership structures, and documents is only possible if a provider ID (e.g., SCHUFA, D&B) has been added to the case. However, ordering name and media screening is independent of a provider ID. This feature is available upon request. - Improvement: Unknown Company Research (API)
For successful company research, a Research ID is now always returned. The process has been adjusted to reduce error sources: First, an empty case is created where all necessary documents for the research are uploaded. This case is then submitted for research. Additionally, if there are follow-up inquiries, more precise messages are provided, especially if SCHUFA delivers specific descriptions rather than generic messages.
