- New: Delivery of trade names
If the master data is ordered via the provider D&B, the company’s trade names are now also displayed in the „Master data & identification“ menu item. These can be edited and removed. Trade names can also be added manually – without ordering master data and independently of the provider. The trade names entered are also displayed in the file PDF. - New: Interlinking graph design (web application)
The interdependency graph can now also be displayed hierarchically. The previous view remains available and can be changed flexibly. - New: Delivery of new legal forms
eGbRs are now also supplied. There is a new endpoint for the API, which provides all legal forms of SCHUFA and D&B. In the web application, the selection is made via dropdown. - Improvement: If a file is due for regular review, it can be reopened and edited via the lock icon or closed again directly so that it is returned to the inventory.
- Improvement: In the company search for the provider D&B, the DUNS number can now be entered both with and without hyphens.
- Improvement: If a status tag has been set on a file, it can now be removed again using the pencil icon in the file.
- Improvement: If a separate risk list is uploaded, a timestamp (date and time of upload) is now displayed.
- Improvement: In the company search, if a company has already been added, it is displayed whether the associated file is already closed. The company name and the provider ID can be copied to the clipboard with one click.
- Improvement: Display of all matches found in the name screening. Feedback can be set for matches with the same ID.
- Change (web application): Minor adjustments to colors, wordings and icons as well as the design of the setup page for 2-factor authentication.
- Change (web application): The settings have been changed to a newer design. In addition, some menu items have been given new wording. Personal settings and system information are available to all users. Advanced settings are only available to users with admin permissions.
