• New: KYC monitoring in the frontend (UI)
Continuous KYC monitoring is now available directly in the KYCnow user interface. Changes to customer data – such as beneficial owners, function holders, company structure or master data – are automatically monitored and made visible when relevant events occur. Users are proactively informed of significant changes and can track them in the file. This makes ongoing customer monitoring significantly more efficient and transparent – without any additional maintenance effort. Further information on KYC monitoring can be found here.
  • New: Remote Ident connection directly in KYCnow (UI + API)
The remote ID solution for verifying the identity of natural persons is now directly integrated into KYCnow. This means that identification without media discontinuity is possible entirely via our platform – including carrying out the identity check, transferring the results to the file and audit-proof documentation. To activate, please contact our Customer Success team.
  • New: Outreach Tool (API + Whitelabel)
The new outreach tool can be used to send targeted automated messages to customers, e.g. to request information, documents or feedback as part of the KYC check. The new function enables flexible integration into existing systems and processes, via API or as a white-label version. Customer feedback is collected centrally, versioned and assigned directly to the relevant files. If you are interested in the new function, please send us an e-mail.
  • Improvement: Name screening (UI + API)
Name screening has been further developed to simplify the processing of hits. Feedback on individual hits is now saved and automatically applied to subsequent orders. This saves a significant amount of time, particularly in the case of names that occur several times or files that are checked regularly. The quality of hits has also been improved: first names and surnames are evaluated separately, and personal hits are filtered out more effectively when searching for companies.
  • Improvement: Media Screening (UI)
Media screening has been expanded to include optional AI support. Users can activate an automatic analysis with a click: Our AI agent filters out irrelevant or duplicate news from the hits – leaving only the really relevant articles. This saves time, reduces manual checking efforts and improves risk assessment.
  • Improvement: Transparency register function (API + UI)
As part of the transparency register function, it is now possible to check whether a user is authorized for the inspection interface – both via the API (validation endpoint) and in the frontend. This new check option supports the secure and compliant use of the module.
Improvement: Master data (API + UI)
The master data determination has been expanded. In future, historical company names (if available) will also be supplied with an order via SCHUFA or D&B. These can also be added manually. A file can now also be found via an old company name if this is stored in the file.
New via API: Name and media screening can also be carried out for historical company names, and the general representation rules for function holders are also provided via SCHUFA.
The display of address data in the front end has been revised and improved.
  • Improvement: Unknown company search (API + UI)
The search function has been further optimized. Searches that were completed with the status “failed” can now be restarted independently. In addition, an industry code and contact details can now be entered when creating a search (not yet live in the UI).
  • Further improvements (API + UI)
Document upload now also supports file names with umlauts.
    User accounts can be deactivated.
ID documents can be added for natural persons – including ID type, ID data and associated PDF.
A new standard class “not relevant” has been added to the risk assessment.
  • Further improvements (UI)
The file name can now be changed manually directly in the frontend.
Support for uploading .tiff, .gif and .jpg files (not yet productively set).
New rights and role concept for the user interface available – activation is tenant-specific.
